Day 1. Entebbe
Arrival and pick up at the airport by your guide. Then transfer to your hotel for the rest of the day/evening.
Optional: Half day Entebbe town tour (This depends on arrival time)

Day 2. Lake Mburo National Park
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. One of Uganda’s smallest savannah parks, free of Lions.
Afternoon game drive in the park.
We shall make a night game drive. During this drive, you have high chances of spotting the leopard.

Day 3. Lake Mburo National Park
Morning breakfast. After which we embark on a walk in the park. A one-of-a-kind experience!
Alternatively, you can opt for a horse ride in the park (Optional activity)
Transfer to Bwindi.

Day 4. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
The long-awaited day! We go Gorilla tracking.
On this day you wake up early in the morning, and head to the briefing point after breakfast. Briefing starts at around 7:30AM and you are allocated tracking groups.
You will be allowed 1 hour with one of man’s closest relatives, at a safe distance. Please take all the photos you want and videos (Ensure to turn off your camera flash when doing so)
Tracking can take a few hours depending on how close from your tracking start point the Gorillas spent the previous night.
Optional visit to the Batwa community in case we still after the energy after tracking.

Day 5. Queen Elizabeth National Park – Ishasha sector
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, through Ishasha sector. We shall have an evening game drive. This sector of the park is world renowned for its tree climbing lions.
Accommodation & meal plan: Ishasha Jungle Lodge (FB) / Ishasha Wilderness Camp (FB)

Day 6. Queen Elizabeth National Park
After a morning game drive in search for the tree climbing lions, we transfer to the Kasenyi plains on the Northern side of the park.
Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 7. Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains. This offers a very good opportunity to spot the big cats hunt their prey. On a lucky day you can spot the elusive Leopard!
In the afternoon there will be a launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. During this cruise you can spot Elephants, buffaloes, Nile crocodiles, Hippos and many other water birds.

Day 8. Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, we drive to Kibale Forest National Park. In this Park, you find the Chimpanzees! Man’s closest relative in terms of DNA make up. Kibale Forest is referred to as the World’s primate capital and this title is one that is so deserving since many primate species call it home. Chimpanzees, and several monkey species call it home.
In the afternoon we shall go for a community visit in the nearby Bigodi, which also plays host to the Bigodi Wetland, a habitat for many bird species. By visiting these communities adjacent to the park, you are directly supporting their initiatives and contributing to community development.

Day 9. Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, we head out for chimpanzee tracking! This activity takes at least 4 hours and can be upgraded to a chimpanzee habituation experience (Please confirm this in advance if you wish to upgrade)

Day 10. Flight
After breakfast, transfer to Entebbe for your international flight.
